They cyberbullying portion of this episode most interested me because it explores how young user’s social network of support (or its opposite) has broadened immensely thanks to social networking.  I’m not making an alarmist cry here either.  To me as an educator, it brings home the importance of teaching our students to participate ethically and productively not only in their school assignments but in their extracurricular choices.  Although we have considered this in the past, it’s more important than ever.  The part of the new 21st-century learner standards that address these issues cannot be shortchanged.
