1. The format of “The Young American” is an opinion peice without primary source support it may also be seen as a piece of propaganda.
2. The thesis of “The Young American” states improvments ‘It is the country of the future because it is a country of beginnings, of projects, of designs, and expectations.’
3. I believe that Adams and Mr. Thomas Jefferson believe in the items in Emerson’s writings. They agree with the national vision of the common man.
EC. Because it is a great song… DUH! and the singer believes that children are the future as stated in the first line of the song.
