  1. I actually like the idea.  As a parent I spent quite a bit of money on assorted notebooks, etc.  One laptop could do so much more and probably not cost that much more than designer notebooks, etc.

  2. Yes..I agree, Barbara. I was intrigued by the angle he took. So often I think we look at the expense of technology as an add on. But what are we presently doing that the use of a computer can replace, and can any of that cost be reallocated to the purchase of more technology. Gladly accepting ideas anyone!!
