With the educational landscape changing, how do we determine whether job applicants are “tech savvy?” Have interview practices changed?

Interview practices have not necessarily changed; however, as was evident in the last round of administrative interviews, high quality candidates are beginning to weave technology use into their answers on instruction in the classroom. In addition, their answers involving technology is not about the “stuff” but about how good teaching integrates technology as tools for instruction. That was a refreshing and welcomed change to interviews of the recent past.
